The idea behind General Staff Academy Singion was envisioned by Mr. Gopal Krishan Pathak, who returned from Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a strong desire to contribute to the education and development of children in his community. His vision was supported by Mr. Surendra Nath Pathak, a retired Army personnel, whose experience, discipline and commitment helped shape the school's distinctive approach to education.

Together, their vision is to create an institution where modern English-medium education is combined with discipline, physical development, leadership and patriotic values.

The experience and discipline associated with military service, represented in the school's founding vision through retired Army personnel Mr. Surendra Nath Pathak, provide an important inspiration for this aspect of the school's educational philosophy. Scout and Guide training is also an important part of the school's educational programme.

Mr. Gopal Krishan Pathak, after returning from Abu Dhabi, UAE, brought with him the vision of providing children with better opportunities for education, communication and personal development. Alongside him, retired Army personnel Mr. Surendra Nath Pathak (father) contributed the values of discipline, order, responsibility and leadership that form an important part of the school's identity.
